About Membership Fees

Full, Institutional, Supporting, Associate, Individual, and Student memberships are for a minimum of twelve months but may be paid for more than twelve months to fit an organization's fiscal year. Membership commences on the first day of the month following payment.  There is a thirty-day "grace period" for membership renewal payments.

Members may upgrade their membership to a higher level. If this is done, the remaining time on their old membership level is converted to a new period at their new membership level. The conversion rate is the ratio of the fees between the two different membership levels at the time of the upgrade. If the resulting membership period is less than 12 months, then payment must be made at the new rate to bring the membership up to 12 months.
